The bundle of rights that transfer from one owner to another when property is conveyed by deed in a real estate transaction will be discussed. Course content will also include types of deeds, easements, and eminent domain, title and types of title insurance along with restrictions by Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and municipal zoning and how they influence value. The effects these elements, facts and conditions have on fair market value will be discussed.
