The Influence That Historic Preservation Has on Real Estate is a four-hour program that looks at the laws and regulations that apply to historic properties both residential and commercial. The approaches to the treatment of historic homes will be explored to give a greater understanding of their application. A discussion of the inspection process of an historic property showing how it can be more detailed and complex will be reviewed. The program will outline the approaches to market value as well as the marketing strategies for a historic property.
