Manfred Real Estate School

This eight hour (8 hr) course is designed as a continuing education course for appraisers, real estate agents and assessors. Students will be presented with techniques to assist them in selecting the best comparables in order to determine value for the subject property. Appraisers, real estate agents and assessors all strive to develop a type of real estate value using different approaches and similar techniques some of which overlap each other to estimate the value of real property. Upon completion the student should have an appreciation of the similarities and differences between the three professions as well as a better understanding of working together in the role each plays. Real Estate Agents, appraisers and assessors all have the selection of good comparables in common in order to determine list price, market value and assessed valuation.
