This 8 hour classroom course is desgned to help the Real Estate Appraiser, Home Inspector, Mortgage Loan Originator and Salesperson/Broker understand GSE requirements and new 2020 updates for property inspection, eligibility and financing.

The webinar will be a live course and run the same times as the classroom course. You will be able to log in with any device that has internet access (We do recommend using a device with a large enough screen so you will be able to see the powerpoints and course material clearly) The instructor will lead the class live, you will be able to ask questions and participate in class discussions all in real-time.
