Recognizing and dealing with mold in buildings is an essential part of the real estate profession. This course will present current information on the known health effects of mold, how to recognize the common water problems which lead to mold growth, and recommend the best general procedures for evaluating and cleaning up mold in buildings. After attending this training course you will be able to evaluate mold concerns effectively and quickly, and you will learn how to resolve them so they won’t recur after the real estate transactions are complete.

The webinar will be a live course and run the same times as the classroom course. You will be able to log in with any device that has internet access (We do recommend using a device with a large enough screen so you will be able to see the PowerPoint and course material clearly) The instructor will lead the class live, you will be able to ask questions and participate in class discussions all in real-time.
