Instructor Bio:

Dan Simpson, CCIM joined CBRE-Albany in 2005, after completing nearly nine years with another Capital District commercial real estate firm. Having earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2001, Dan has completed a myriad of commercial real estate projects in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Focusing primarily on the office, industrial, and investment segments of the market, Dan has assisted scores of private and public entities in successfully fulfilling their real estate needs.
