Manfred Real Estate School

Any real estate professional is called upon to have an understanding of the product that they are involved in selling, assessing, appraising or inspecting so as to keep up with the needs of your clients. This course is designed to be an interactive way to help you and your clients be better prepared for home inspections and cost estimates from contractors. It will help you understand defects and to better be able to understand reports and their terms, and then to disseminate this information to your client.

How it works:
The day before the course starts you will receive a link with login instructions. You can log in from any computer with internet access and stream the class live. There will be a live chat where attendees will be expected to participate in class discussions and be able to ask questions. An Educational Coordinator from Manfred will monitor the course to verify attendance requirements for completion.
