Salesperson Course:
Our course is divided into two modules. A 40 hour and a 35 hour. You can do them both in the Live Webinar and Online, work at your own pace, complete one module in the Live Webinar and one module online, or complete one module this month and another module another month, as long as both are completed and you pass the proctored exam within 1 year. On your registration form, you will be able to select the 75-hour Salesperson course, 40-hour module or 35-hour module.

What is the difference between a Live Webinar and an Online course?

This course is A LIVE WEBINAR with set dates and times. We use a platform called Zoom. Upon registration, you will receive a link. On the day of the course, you just click the link to join the class. You will be able to interact with both the instructor and the other students. A webcam will be needed to participate in the course.

The Online course is work at your own pace. You can start as soon as your register. You will log in and out as many times as your need to and it will save your work. There will be slides that you read on your own, followed by a short video summarizing what you have read. There will be questions to answer at the end of each section. We have an online instructor that you will be able to email with any questions on the content of the course as well as a full tech support team. You will have access to this course for one year. 40 Hour Module: April 19, 20, 21, 22, 23
35 Hour Module: April 26, 27, 28, 29, 30

Flexible Scheduling.

When you check out you will have the option to purchase the full 75 hour Course (both modules), The 40-hour module, or the 35-hour module.

You will need a 75-hour course (both modules) to get your license. We have divided the course into two modules a 40 hour and 35 hours so you can take it all at once or break it up.
You can take both modules in the Live Webinar format, both modules online format, or mix and match take one in the Live Webinar format and one online format.

You can take one this month and another module another month. If you would like to divide your payment into two you can purchase one module at a time. You must complete both modules and pass the school exam within one year.

School exam- $0-$50 pending on location you choose (Manfred locations are free)

What is the difference between a Live Webinar and an Online course?

The Live Webinar is just like a classroom except your sitting in the luxury of your living room or home office, there is a set schedule. You will be able to interact with both the instructors and students. You will be able to ask questions and hear other students ask questions. We use a platform called Zoom. You will get 10 min. break every hour and a one-hour lunch break. The instructor will present a PowerPoint presentation and work with you through your textbook. A textbook is required for the webinar.

The Online course is work at your own pace. You can start as soon as your register. You will log in and out as many times as your need to and it will save your work. There will be slides that you read on your own, followed by a short video summarizing what you have read. There will be questions to answer at the end of each section. We have an online instructor that you will be able to email with any questions on the content of the course as well as a full tech support team. You will have access to this course for one year.

5 Steps to getting your license:

1) Complete the 75-hour course (both modules)
2) Pass a school exam
3) Complete the Webinar Salesperson Small Group Review Course (Optional if you feel the need?)
4) Pass a state exam
5) Find a Sponsoring Broker
6) Apply for your license.

Testing:

Some schools have internal policies that if you do not pass their exam you have to repurchase and retake the entire course. We never benefit from our students failing. You can retake our Exam as many times as you needed to pass, most people only take it once! We never benefit from our students failing.

The school exam is $0 - $50 (pending on the location you select) You can take the exam online or at a location.

The State exam is $15. The state exam is given at proctored locations. They are currently offering exams at limited capacity and face coverings are required.

Note: New York State requires that the course and exam must be completed within one year.
